Tablet usage and photoshop tools

hi everyone, first of all great and amazing tutorials has been posted.
Ok i want to learn about tablet usage, how to make paintings whit it, how to use the pen for get a better performance, exercises to be better whit the pen, etc.
And the another thing is which tools of photoshop need for painting, basic or pro, whatever to start, Brushes, pen pressure, and all of this stuff. Thx and sorry for my english, not too good in that.
