The Shaman's home away from hell

Postby KITCHEN BOT :: » 04 Oct 2011, 21:55

Hello The_shaman !
It is good to see you posting here!
:14:

Let me provide you with some helpful info
If you want o post pictures you first have to upload them in your personal album or submit them to one of the public albums
You can create a personal album in your user control panel in the gallery tab: ucp.php
Here is a link to the gallery where you will find the public albums: gallery/index.php

After uploading the images you can post them using the Image BBCodes that are displayed under the Images in your gallery pages. Posting the first code with [IMG] tags will show the image in big and the second code will show a thumbnail.

The Forum will automatically assign the first attached image or the first image posted with [IMG] tags as your topic thumbnail.
If you get lost or need help understanding the features please visit here: viewtopic.php?f=11&t=45

Have fun posting!

welcome to the kitchen! i love that ah real monsters fanart. i used to love that show when i was a kid x3 and i see youre already doing life studies so keep up the good work :3 looking forward to seeing your more fleshed out stuff

Believe it or not, the point to art, any art--music, illustration, literature, sculpture, movies--is to convey an emotion, thought, idea, or all of the above. So the message of any piece of art is its foundation not just some "mere detail".

Hey The_shaman, welcome to the kitchen! :) Nice sketches! And for the last one, pay more attention to the perspective side, especially the horizontal line for VPs. The room on right, for example, has a different horizontal line compared to the rest.

Just a rambling of mine ;)

Again welcome and cheers! :b5:

Two unstoppable forces are about to collide, the spider lady vs the snake lady, and only one will make it out alive.

The first two are recreations of one of my favorite artist work, William Adolphe bouguereau, the third is a recreation of vermeer's "Girl with a Pearl Earring" but instead i switch the girl out for myself and changed the pearl ear rings into my hood. The fourth is just random portrait practice.
