You should check some references. You have some problems with the joints, torso and shoulders mainly.

Looks like the pelvic region is too long, but studies always help!

It´s nice for the beginning but you obviously need some basic knowledge about the human body.
It looks like you´re drawing by feel, but without the basics you´re automaticly doing the wrong things.

One of the most important thing is to get a mentor or a book, cuz otherwise you´ve got to find out all the crucial things on your own.
Books:
Giovanni Civardi - Drawing - A Complete Guide
Andrew Loomis - Drawing the Head and Hands
Andrew Loomis - Figure drawing
Bridgman's Complete Guide To Drawing From Life
Gottfried Bammes - Der Nackte Mensch

and some time ago I learned about the videos of Vilppu, if can afford them you should deffinetly get them!
(here´s a little sample http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hbQjK9a1R3U)

I see you already use photo reference, here are some sites I usually work with:
http://www.fotosearch.de/ (english words work too)
http://www.flickr.com/
or other stock photo sites...

http://www.deviantart.com (there are dozens of good art nudes there which one can use for reference
http://pose-emporium.deviantart.com/
http://human-stock.deviantart.com/
and some others)

EDIT: Sorry didn´t see the first page of you SB, you´re obviously already using drawing books.
