Huge work Forrest, we can all see you're putting your best into it. You've increased your productivity a lot, and you seem to have found the work flow that suits you best. I won't comment the studies, but I will comment the on warrior. You see, there's nothing actually WRONG with the lighting strictly speaking, but I have the feeling it doesn't not help the composition. Actually, the focal point is not clear because every potential focus is extremely bright, which makes the eye wander around the picture trying to get something to be fixed on. I would tone down both in value and chroma the areas that are not of main interest and see what happens from there. Other thing: her right leg looks almost stretched straight (which makes her look like she's just standing) while her left leg is clearly bent for some kind of defensive posture. It's something you should fix, whether you want a more dynamic posture or a static posture.
