Will a Mod give us a topic with Character + Landscape:)
We will both submit our Final Images on May 19th @ 23:59

Topic: The journey begins
The day begins, the sun rises and casts its first rays on the still sleeping coastal city. The light is warm and everything seems to mean great things are about to happen. He/She knows he/she shouldn't turn back, but the view is too beautiful and it would be a waste not to carve this image in his/her memory. He/She may never return to his/her homeland, his/her house. But the journey he/she is about to go on is too important, it is beyond the individual. So, with determination, he/she walks away, onward to whatever lies on the roads, to face his/her destiny.

You job is to depict the beginning of a great quest, a journey. The setting is really classical, sun rising, character leaving home, etc. You have no restriction on the number of characters, but there must be a city and a sea for the environment part. You can choose sci-fi, high fantasy, modern, you name it. Last thing: the character will NOT be a simple silhouette, meaning you will have to detail it at least a minimum.

The angle is different Mug, pay more attention to what you have in your sketch. the pose is much better in it so I would change it back to the original pose before going further.

I like the new drawing better, but it does look a lot more stiff now....I'll have to overlay the sketch on top to get that angle back yet keep the better drawing
