Mugshotpro VS Bungy - mugshotpro is winrar

Postby Mugshotpro » 27 Oct 2010, 00:33

Wow this took a lot out of me. :08:
But, man i love Background practice and tellin' a story.
So this is Nice Guy Eddie's Safe-haven for criminals on the run. Basically a motel room complete with
Automatic gun assortment
various hand guns
first aid kit
wad of "walkin' around cash"
6 sets of keys to various cars out back
oh...and blow

Bordello is across the street...hence the red light from the window.

Paint a safe house for criminals, it should be a chill area where they could lay low, you can make it fancy or rugged, can be small or a mansion tooversee operations from

I'm offering paintovers for the entrants, let me know if you're interested

If you see any good done by me, then it originated in my predecessors or colleagues.
Thank them, not me.

If you notice a shortcoming or a weakness,
then I am the origin of that, and I ask you to forgive me.

I really like both of these. Bungy, yours looks rather imposing and classically well guarded with the gates and cam etc.
I think however I'm going to have to vote for Mugs on this one, although the guy looks a littttllllee flat (he looks a little too pressed to the wall) yours tells a great story, the mirror with the news reflected (very nice little story telling tool) the armoury looks hefty enough, and the equipment looks good. The way he's checking the window is a great pose.

Both did a great job on the overall idea, and very different ideas, Bungy's secure country pad, and Mugs' crim lock up.

Great stuff guys!

Thanks For the Crit Nakadai.
I have spent all evening going over online Basics tutorial on lighting and shape...I felt my piece is very much flat. time to get back to the basics all over again. :?

The lighting is superb, the lighting from the tv and the ambient secondary light from over the road looks great, and they work well together as a good cool/warm contrast, lighting looks great, though maybe upping the contrast of the shadows would add a little more dynamism?
