I will be updating and posting Kitchen Features here. If anyone has a problem understanding how some features work, feel free to ask! DATABASE We no longer have a workshop, art theft/industry and resourced forum. All this content will move to the new Kitchen Database! You can access the database via the forum Navigation, The cog button. Tutorials, demo videos, texture collections, industry info, tips and other things will be submitted as articles to the Database. There is also a request section where people can request tutorials or info. KITCHEN TV Everyone can submit videos to our Kitchen TV! Kitchen channels are: - Art - Music - Fun - Games - Documentary We do not host videos, you do not need to upload anything. All you have to do is submitting the embedded video code and some info. It is very easy. USER BLOGS Every member of our community has a free Kitchen Blog! You can access the blog via the top navigation bar, its the icon with the big "B" You will also find some of the blog settings in your user control panel. CALENDAR You will find the Kitchen Calendar via the navigation menu, User will be able to set up events there PORTAL As you can see, our new portal page has a lot of new info and statistics. you can see the latest posts there, news, high scores and other things. TOPIC RATING Any topic in any forum can not have a 6 star rating! Please be generous Thanks for posts After every post you will see a "Thank" button, you can thank other members for useful posts. POL Now we can see who voted for whom. This will add more fairness and transparency to the votes. User Info The user info under the avatars in posts is now hidden for cleaner look and better layout, you can open and close the info if you press the small button next to 'Users Information' You can also open and close the 'item shelf' (if the user has items) under every post and the names of the users who left a thank. Topic Thumbnails Every topic in all forums now can have a preview thumbnail. The thumbnail is automatically generated from the first attached image or the first image posted with [IMG] tags. The image will be rescaled and cropped automatically of course. CUSTOM CODES We have added a wide range of custom BB codes. When you post a reply or compile a new post you will see a drop down list with codes between the font color button and the smileys.

I dont know where write this, so i just post it here. I wonder how to turn this 'thing' floating on left side of the screen. Its useless and annoying. Web is full of distractors and i doing a lot to avoid them. I dont know if we really need another distractors on this site. Im talking about games. Please, keep this site as simple as possible Thanks!

That is because you attached the image to your post. You need not hotlink; you can upload your images straight to the Kitchen; Here's how: Any size under 1200x1200px and/or 300 KB is fine as long as it's not too tiny. .JPG is the ideal format for web as you can adjust the file's size by reducing the quality, if needed. To upload your works here, click on the gallery icon in the navigation bar (the three dots). In the gallery you can choose where to upload. It is recommended to upload your finished and best works to the appropriate (2D,3D or Photo) public albums. Click on the album of choice and on the new page you'll see a green button which says: "upload image". Click on it. The rest should be self explanatory. If you don't want to upload to a public album, you can upload to a private one. You can create sub-albums for it in your user control panel > gallery tab. To upload click on the gallery icon again and then scroll down a bit and you'll see "Your Personal Album" under the Photography public album icon. Click on it and you'll be directed to your private album. Don't forget the file size limit of 1200x1200px and/or 300 KB. Oh and: Once uploaded, you can either link to your work or post it in all its glory by copy, pasting one of the codes in the detail-panel under your uploaded image. Uploaded images may also look compressed(quality is shit) if you view them in the gallery. Click on the image to view it without compression. Sweet painting, btw.

Hello, im new and stupid and need some info. do we need to upload to a site like photobuket before we can post images?. i posted one in the vampire activity and it was in a strange box. much love x you can either upload through an external source like photobucket or imageshack or any other, or you can upload to your kitchen gallery and the url from there or the third option which you used and you see it in the box you mentioned which is to upload an attachment when you post in the specific thread.
