Making a Purchase



Making a purchase could not be easier at  Kitchen Art store!

Browse our online store and add any products that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished adding products, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked to provide a few details that we need to be able to complete your order. If you have a discount code enter it at checkout!

Payment



We accept payment via PayPal (you do NOT have to be registered to use this system, you can also make a quest check out)

Postage/Delivery



Shipping Flatrate for prints is 3 USD per order regardless of the number of purchased items, it includes shipping costs, packaging and handling.
Purchased items are processed within 1-2 workdays, shipping time is usually 3-4 days depending on your location, usually no longer than 1 week.
After your purchased was shipped we will update the purchase status and include a note with estimated time for your shipping, you may check in for info the next day.

Refunds

If your ordered goods were for some reason damaged in we delivery we will replace them with a new product or refund your money.

Refund will be made in the same way as purchase method.



The cost of delivery will not under any circumstances be refunded. It is your responsibility to ensure that returned goods reach us.
We will contact you as soon as the goods are received back in stock.
